Planwalker makes 3D configurators for house builders. This page explains what personal data we keep when you write to us or use the AI assistant in a house viewer, here or on a builder's website.

Who we are

What we keep and why

The contact form

Your e-mail, your name if you give it and your message, so that we can answer you.

The AI assistant in the house viewer

• What you write to the assistant, its replies and your version of the house, so that it can change the house for you and so that we can make it better.
• Your e-mail, if you give it, so that the builder can get back to you about your version of the house.
• A one-way code made from your network address (never the address itself), to keep the daily limits of the assistant.

Please don't write personal details to the assistant. Your browser keeps a key to your conversation for up to a week, so that it is still there when you come back; we use no tracking or advertising cookies.

We do this to answer your request and to prepare an offer you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in running, protecting and improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives it

• The builder of the house you asked about, when you leave your e-mail in the assistant, so that they can get back to you.
• Anthropic, which provides the AI model: it processes your messages and the house to write the replies, on our behalf.
• Our hosting and e-mail providers, which store and deliver it for us.

How long we keep it

Your e-mail, your messages and the conversations stay as long as we may need them to answer you, to follow up on your enquiry and to improve the service, or until you ask us to delete them. For a conversation without an e-mail, your version of the house and the network code are deleted after 90 days without activity.

Your rights

You may ask us what we keep about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it, object to its use or get a copy of it. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
